These terms govern your rental of moving totes and equipment from Atlanta Tote Rentals. By submitting a booking request you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Atlanta Tote Rentals is a tote rental service — not a moving company. We deliver clean totes and a tote dolly to your address and pick them up at the end of your rental period. We do not pack, load, or transport your belongings.
Rental period
Standard rentals are for one (1) week from the delivery date. Need more time or more totes? Contact us before your pickup date to arrange an extension or a custom bundle.
Booking, deposit & payment
Reserving online requires a 25% deposit of your quoted total to lock in your dates. The deposit is applied to your final balance, which is due on the day of delivery. We'll follow up to confirm availability and dates.
The deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled delivery; cancellations inside 12 hours forfeit the deposit. Submitting the quick request form on our home page is a no-payment inquiry, not a confirmed reservation.
Care of equipment
- Totes are designed to hold up to 65 lbs each — please don't overload them.
- Return totes empty and reasonably clean.
- You're responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged totes and dollies beyond normal wear, and may be charged a replacement fee.
Delivery area
We serve Atlanta, Decatur, Sandy Springs, Marietta & surrounding metro. Service outside this area is at our discretion.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking by contacting us before your delivery date at no charge.
Liability
Atlanta Tote Rentals is not responsible for damage to or loss of items you pack in the totes. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid.
